Event Production and Site Operations
Turnkey production support for agency ceremonies, conferences, recruiting events and public gatherings. Site management from load-in through load-out with a single point of accountability.
Skilled Labor on Demand
20 awarded labor categories at pre-negotiated GSA rates: stagehands, carpenters, riggers, forklift and machine operators, CDL drivers, crew leads and project managers. Crews are experienced, insured and available for short-notice tasking.
Equipment and Vehicle Rental
Owned inventory of crowd control barricade, stanchions, panel fencing, utility vehicles, telehandlers and site equipment. Delivered, installed and removed by our own crews.
Moving, Transport and Storage
Office and facility moves, freight and equipment transport, and secure warehousing in NYC. Owned fleet of trucks, trailers and vans operating under active USDOT authority. Between-season and long-term storage for agency property and event assets.
Scenic, Exhibit and Display Installation
Exhibit and display installs, staging construction and custom fabrication for agency showcases, museums and public-facing spaces.
